Lathan Murphy

Lathan Murphy has been involved with NRA fundraising since 1994 when he organized his first Friends of NRA event.

After 22 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, he came to work as an NRA Field Representative in 2000.

Murphy was raised on a farm in southern Illinois and some of his fondest memories are of hunting squirrels, rabbits, dove and quail with his father. He enjoys all shooting sports, but is especially fond of shooting skeet and sporting clays.

Meet Lathan Murphy

Lathan has been with the NRA since 1994 and he currently serves as an Advancement Officer for the Southeast Division, which serves the states of Florida and Georgia.
